Welcome to Ratem. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ratem mobile application, website, services, features, and related content (collectively, the “Service”) operated by RATEM LLC (“Ratem,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using Ratem, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

2. What Ratem Does
Ratem is a football rating platform that allows users to rate player, manager, and match performances, select Man of the Match, compare ratings with fanbase averages, view personal rating history, and access insights based on their submitted ratings.
Ratem is designed for fan opinion, entertainment, and personal football analysis. Ratem is not an official rating system and is not affiliated with any football club, league, federation, player, manager, or official football organization unless explicitly stated.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Ratem.
By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you have the right and authority to agree to these Terms.
If we learn that a user under the age of 16 has created an account, we may suspend or delete the account.
4. User Accounts
To use certain features of Ratem, you may be required to create an account using email and password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or use another user’s account without permission.
5. User Ratings and Content
Ratem allows users to submit football-related content, including but not limited to:
Player ratings
Manager ratings
Match ratings
Man of the Match selections
Captions, comments, or written opinions
Profile information
Other content made available through the Service
You retain ownership of the content you submit. However, by posting or submitting content on Ratem, you grant RATEM LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, aggregate, analyze, and distribute your content as necessary to operate, improve, promote, and provide the Service.
This includes using ratings and related data to generate fan averages, comparison insights, personal insights, match summaries, aggregate statistics, and other features within Ratem.
6. Public Content
Some user content may be visible to other users, including ratings, captions, profile information, public activity, and other football-related opinions depending on the design of the Service and your settings.
You should not post anything you do not want others to see. Ratem is not responsible for how other users interact with, interpret, screenshot, share, or respond to public content.
7. Aggregated Fan Data
Ratem may use user-submitted ratings and selections to calculate fan averages, distributions, agreement scores, Man of the Match results, comparison metrics, and other aggregate insights.
Aggregate fan data may be shown publicly or to other users. We may also use aggregated and anonymized data to improve the Service, analyze trends, and develop new features.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Ratem to:
Harass, threaten, abuse, or target other users
Post hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal content
Impersonate another person or entity
Manipulate ratings, create fake accounts, or spam the Service
Attempt to interfere with the security, operation, or integrity of the Service
Scrape, copy, or extract data from Ratem without permission
Upload malware, harmful code, or unauthorized automated scripts
Violate any applicable law or regulation
We reserve the right to remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Ratem community.
9. Content Moderation
Ratem may review, remove, restrict, or moderate content at our discretion. We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we may take action when content violates these Terms, applicable law, or our community standards.

10. Football Information and Third-Party Data
Ratem may use third-party data providers to display football fixtures, teams, players, lineups, scores, match context, statistics, and related information.
While we aim to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that all football data will be complete, current, or error-free. Ratem is not responsible for inaccuracies, delays, or changes in third-party football data.
11. Insights and Analysis
Ratem may generate insights based on user ratings, fan averages, match context, rating history, and other available data.
These insights are for entertainment, self-reflection, and fan analysis. They should not be treated as objective truth, professional scouting evaluations, official ratings, or definitive statements about players, managers, clubs, or users.
Ratem insights are based on the data available to the platform and may change over time as more ratings and information become available.
12. Intellectual Property
The Ratem name, logo, design, software, features, visual elements, text, graphics, trademarks, and other materials are owned by RATEM LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service unless expressly permitted by RATEM LLC.
13. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, you agree that RATEM LLC may use that feedback without compensation or obligation to you.
14. Future Paid Features
Ratem may offer paid features, premium access, subscriptions, season passes, or other paid products in the future.
If paid features are introduced, additional terms, pricing, renewal details, cancellation rules, and refund policies may apply. Any such terms will be provided at the time of purchase.
15. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Ratem if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for Ratem or other users, or used the Service in a harmful or unlawful way.
You may stop using Ratem at any time. You may also request account deletion by contacting info@ratem.app or through available in-app account deletion features.
16. Disclaimers
Ratem is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or accurate.
We do not guarantee that insights, ratings, fan averages, football data, or user-generated content will always be complete or correct.
Ratem is for entertainment, fan engagement, and personal analysis only.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RATEM LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to Ratem, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RATEM LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
19. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also add, remove, or change features as the product evolves.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may notify users through the app, email, or other reasonable means.
Your continued use of Ratem after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
